Xenovibes is represented in the USA by the alliance between Electic Muse Singapore and Fingerfoot Music Productions.
Shueh-li was awarded a visa in 2005 by the DHS and American Federation of Musicians; an O1 given only to Artists of Extraordinary Ability to pursue this alliance. Combining business expertise to provide a one-stop service was its thrust, with Xenovibes as a vehicle to promote Shueh-li's interest in live performance techniques and the such with John as her USA counterpart. FMP (in USA) was formed late 2004 to accommodate the alliance. The publishing arm of FMP was estb in 1999. Electric Muse was estb in 1998.
(i)XenoVibes the noun (and its variations), its definition [foreign+expressions] and concept officially used in 2003 by Shueh-li Ong, including original song and show titles are protected under international law. If such items are abused directly for gain or misrepresenting us, severe measures will be taken.
(ii)Anyone caught selling or distributing free downloads without written permission will be dealt with in a similar manner. Please help us report any such sites.
(iii)The only merchandise ofiically from XV are designed by S.Ong such as those found on the official XV, its myspace sites and the "Cation Label" myspace site.
